1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of SpectralBot’s Demo Mode
(“Demo Mode”), which is accessed with the Djinni mobile app (“Djinni App”), through a personal
Demo QR Code (“QR Code”).
By requesting and using the Demo Mode, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree to all the Terms, you may not request or use the QR Code.
2. Eligibility
This Demo Mode is only available for new users (“New User”), who is identified as an individual
who has not previously requested or used a QR Code.
2.1 Each New User may only request one QR Code using a single email address.
2.2 To request a QR Code, a New User must provide the following information: (a) full name,
(b) valid email address, (c) phone number and (d) a company name.
2.3 The email address must be a professional email address. Email addresses from free
service providers like Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc., are not allowed.
2.4 All requests are subject to approval by SpectralBot.
2.5 SpectralBot reserves the right to reject any request for a QR Code in its sole discretion,
and for any reason whatsoever.
2.6 SpectralBot reserves the right to revoke an approved QR Code at any time, for any reason
it deems appropriate
3. Demo Mode Functionality
3.2 The Demo Mode utilizes an offline, cached, simulation of a pro-AV system (“Simulated
System”). This Simulated System is designed for demonstration purposes only and does
not reflect the functionality of a connected, real-world system.
3.3 The Simulated System may contain one or more demonstration devices (“Demo Devices”)
that represent the functionalities of specific pro-AV equipment. While the functionalities of
the Demo Devices may resemble those of actual devices, it is important to understand
that their integration and implementation within the Demo Mode are separate from any
existing devices. Any resemblance between the Demo Devices and actual devices is
purely coincidental.
3.4 We strive to provide a smooth user experience within the Demo Mode; however, we do
not guarantee the functionality or performance of the Demo Mode at all times.
3.5 The features and functionalities experienced within the Demo Mode may differ from those
offered in the final, purchased version of the Application.
4. Data Collection and Usage
SpectralBot collects all data provided during the QR Code request process (email
address, name, phone, company, etc.). This data may be used for follow-up
communication.
SpectralBot may collect user data from Demo Mode usage to understand user interaction
with the app.
5. Disclaimer
The Demo Mode is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
SpectralBot disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
SpectralBot shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Demo Mode, including,
but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
SpectralBot may terminate your access to the Demo Mode at any time and for any reason, with or
without notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SpectralBot regarding your use of
the Demo Mode and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals,
whether oral or written.
SpectralBot may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the
SpectralBot website. Your continued use of the Demo Mode following the posting of amended
Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
